About LEAP

Discover the secrets to making a dramatic “LEAP” ahead in school, in your career and in your life. Our goal is to guide young adults in new directions by exposing them to skills that are never taught explicitly in a formal education setting. Over the course of the program, participants will receive the tools that are integral to creating success in their life. Our program is teeming with exciting, influential workshops, inspiring guest speakers, and memories to last a lifetime!
At LEAP, participants learn how to identify and access mentors from whom they can learn, understand their success formulas, and adapt those success formulas to their own lives. LEAP is presented in an interactive, “learn by doing” format that makes the workshops engaging and fun for all participants. Through rotating seminars, students will develop important skills in social and business etiquette as well as in interviewing and effective communication to improve all relationships. Additionally, participants will learn simple and effective time management and study strategies. The skills and techniques students acquire at the LEAP Leadership program will serve and advance them throughout their lifetime.
