In addition, he is the founder and C.E.O. of a healthcare company that manages and provides practice management services to over 1,200 dental practices. Steve has also created and built a multi-million dollar management-consulting firm that has become one of the largest of its type in the country.
Steve is the founder of the Smiles for Life Foundation and has raised and donated over $25 million dollars in the last 10 years to children's charities in partnership with country music star, Garth Brooks, and over 500 players from professional baseball, the NFL and NHL.
For over 14 years Steve started and managed a successful youth training seminar held at college campuses around America giving students the ideas, techniques, and systems to get a 7-year head start on their career. He has worked with over 10,000 high school and college students from all over the North America. He is also the author or co-author of five books, including The 13 Biggest Mistakes Parents Make and How to Avoid Them.
Steve and his wife, Cheryl, are the proud parents of six daughters.
